The proposals have been developed in close collaboration with Network Rail, Chiltern Railways and of course with the Council through pre-application consultations. We hope you agree they will achieve the key shared objectives of improving pedestrian safety, enhancing public realm, and using this vital piece of brownfield land in an efficient way to produce much needed high-quality new homes that reflect the wider quality of Great Missenden as a whole.

However, before we submit our planning application, we will use your feedback to help shape the final planning application.
